Catching up...

Two years ago, Bryce set up this blog...and that is where it stayed. I just wasn't into it at the time. But my kids are growing so fast, I forget what happens. I blinked and now I have 2 kids. Life gets so busy and time just passes so fast. My friend Nikki also has recently encourage me to update my blog since she has moved away.

So for now, here is what is going on at our house...

Jackson will be 4 in August. I can't believe he is that old already!! He is just finishing up preschool for the year. He loves sports of any kind., mostly basketball and baseball. He is all boy, and is constantly keeping me on my toes. We are always playing some sort of ball at our house. Thankfully it is now warm enough to play outside. YEAH!!! We are still working on our eating...3 grilled cheese sandwiches a day. Now if you add chocolate milk, does that balance it out any? Jackson is always saying funny things. For example he loves that Jazz, and does his own commentary while playing basket ball. He is always D-Will (Daren Williams). It is quite funny to listen to, and very accurate as well.

Emerie just turned 1. She is a very independent and observant little girl. She always has to be with her brother. She is not walking yet. I think it is either because she figures out it is faster to crawl, or it is because she has really small feet (she is still a size one and a half). Crawling on the sidewalk hasn't motivated her any. I think she is okay with scraped up knees and grass stains. Emerie loves anything that is not girly. No dolls, dislikes dresses, and will pull bows out of her hair if she can. She loves to play ball, cars, and wants to play in the dirt-but I know that will end up in her mouth. She will eat anything you put in front of her. It is so nice to have a great eater at home. She loves to be outside!

Bryce is working for a company called Prosper in Orem. They sell educational courses. I just finally understood what he did, then he got a promotion and now I am just as confused as before. But he enjoys it, and it gives me the chance to stay home with my kids. Bryce currently stays busy working on the yard, it looks like a beautiful park! I know Bryce would really love to go fishing more often. He just took Jackson a few weeks ago, didn't catch anything, but had a lot of fun.

I am currently young women camp director for our ward. Camp is in 3 weeks which means that is what will be occupying my time and front room for the next little while. We are going up to the Heber Valley Camp with cabins, showers, and even flushing toilets. Now that is my idea of camping with a bunch of young women. Our stake has planned a ton, for which I am very grateful and blessed. We are going to have a great time. I am very ready for summer.
